Earthlink, ConEd and Ambient are planning to launch a broadband over power line pilot in an Upper West Side building this November.
Power line communications have been a long time coming, and other utilities have launched pilots in the past. Hopefully Ambient’s pilot will work out and give customers yet another choice for broadband connectivity.
