I’m pretty sure this sort of behavior will garner a ticket in most places. Sure, its dangerous, but it looks so cool.

This is definitely not in America haha. Look how they’re driving, all over the road! I just got back from the Dominican and that’s how they drove too… all over the place. Pretty impressive though with the texting and cycling.
