There are many articles detailing the nuts and bolts of making a web site responsive. There are also some good resources for responsive design workflows. But, I haven’t seen many stories of how teams put all of this together to produce finished products.

That’s why I was happy to see Brad Frost’s summary of the Techcrunch redesign. He describes the design and development process as well as how the team communicated and worked together throughout the process.

If you find this sort of stuff interesting, you might want to check in on one of Brad’s other projects, which is being designed in the open. The project is currently underway and you can see all of their work on the project timeline.
