Google Analytics does not allow segmentation of their funnel visualization report. This means you can’t see which visitor segments are abandoning your funnel. John Henson at LunaMetrics has created a workaround for this limitation in the form of a custom report that allows for funnel segmentation. The post on LunaMetrics’ blog details how to set this up.
